TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
Special Town Board Meeting
June 26, 2020

The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on Friday, June 26, 2020 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40th Street at 9:00 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr. Supervisors present were Matt Borofka and David Clements.  Other town officials present were Town Clerk Vicki Freeberg.

Discussion and approval of liquor licenses and operator permits - Darrel Fehr made motion to approve both Bloomer Rod and Gun Club and the Valley Tavern liquor licenses and operator permits. Matt Borofka seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0. David Clements made a motion to waive special meeting fee for approving liquor licenses. Darrel Fehr seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn at 9:04. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0.
