The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on June 29, 2015 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40th Street at 8:02 pm by Chairman Darrel Fehr. Supervisors present were David Clements and Matt Borofka. Other town official present was Victoria Trinko-clerk.
Discussion and possible action on the town engineer, Dan Fedderly, conducting a scope study on PurFrac access to 135th Avenue: Wages for Dan Fedderly will be paid by PurFrac. Darrel Fehr made a motion to retain Dan Fedderly to conduct a scope study on PurFrac access to 135th Avenue. David Clements seconded a motion. The motion carried 3-0.
Adjourn: Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:04 pm. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0.
