TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 10, 2015

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town board meeting to order at 7:45 pm on November 10, 2015.  Elected officials present were:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, Matthew Borofka, Judith Prince, and Victoria Trinko. Residents present were Jim Lueck, Judy Lueck, Mary Jo Fehr, and Harry Prince.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $147,195.00 to be paid in 2016 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. Matthew Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

Matthew Borofka made a motion to approve the 2016 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $300,000.00.  David Clements seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

Matthew Borofka made a motion to raise the 2015 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes to $300,000.00.  David Clements seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to approve the raise the salary of the office of the treasurer pursuant to Section 62.32 [2] of Wisconsin Statutes to $4000.00 to become effective in 2017.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.

David Clement made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:52 pm.  Matthew Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
