TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 15, 2016

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town board meeting to order at 7:49 pm on November 15, 2016.  Elected officials present were:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, Matthew Borofka, Judith Prince, and Victoria Trinko. Residents present were Mary Jo Fehr and Harry Prince.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $148,114.74 to be paid in 2017 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

David Clement made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:51 pm.  Matthew Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
