TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 11, 2014

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town board meeting to order at 7:44 pm on November 11, 2014.  Elected officials present were:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, John Sykora, Judith Prince, and Victoria Trinko. Residents present were Jim Lueck, Judy Lueck, and Harry Prince.

John Sykora made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $147,195.00 to be paid in 2015 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to approve the 2015 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $250,000.  John Sykora seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

David Clement made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:46 pm.  John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
