TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 13, 2012

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special meeting to order at 7:27 pm on November 13, 2012.  Elected officials present were:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, John Sykora, Victoria Trinko, and Eunice Steinmetz.  See attached sheet for resident attendance.

David Clements made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $145,730.00 to be paid in 2013 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

John Sykora made a motion to approve the 2013 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $250,000.  David Clements seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

John Sykora made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:29 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
