TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 15, 2011

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special meeting to order at 8:14 pm on November 15, 2011.  Elected officials present were:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, John Sykora, Victoria Trinko, and Eunice Steinmetz.  See attached sheet for resident attendance.

John Sykora made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $144,404.03 to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

David Clements made a motion to approve the 2012 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $201,000.  John Sykora seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

John Sykora made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:17 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
