TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 19, 2013

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town board meeting to order at 7:34 pm on November 19, 2013.  Elected officials present were:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, and Victoria Trinko. Residents present were Jim Lueck, Judy Lueck, and Mary Jo Fehr.

David Clements made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $147,195.00 to be paid in 2014 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 2-0.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to approve the 2014 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $250,000.  David Clements seconded the motion. The motion passed 2-0.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:37 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 2-0.
