TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 20, 2019

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town board meeting to order at 7:28 pm on November 20, 2019.  Elected officials present were:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, and Vicki Freeberg. Residents present were Mary Jo Fehr and Rod Thorson.

David Clements made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $152,552.00 to be paid in 2019 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 2-0.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:39 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 2-0.
