TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 9, 2010

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman David Clements called the special meeting to order at 7:52 pm on November 9, 2010.  Elected officials present were:  David Clements, Gary Yakesh, John Sykora, Victoria Trinko, and Eunice Steinmetz.  See attached sheet for resident attendance.

Gary Yakesh made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $144,404.03 to be paid in 2011 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve the 2011 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $206,000.  John Sykora seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

Gary Yakesh made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:01 pm.  John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
