TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
      Special Town Board Meeting
October 23, 2015

The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on October 23, 2015 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40th Street at 9:00 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr.  Supervisors present were David Clements and Matt Borofka.  Other town official present was Victoria Trinko-clerk. 
Development of 2016 budget: The board reviewed the budget from 2015 and calculated the budget figures for the year 2016.  The levy amount remained the same as the year 2015.
Discussion and possible action on grading and graveling on 20th Street:  It was decided to post a notice of a special meeting board Nov. 4, 2015 at 8:00 am for discussion and possible action on the execution of a contract for brushing on various town roads and the execution of a contract for reconstruction on 20th street. 
A Class 1 notice will be published in the Bloomer Advance of The Town of Cooks Valley plans of executing a contract for brushing and reconstruction.
Adjourn:  Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn at 12:37 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
