TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

October 24, 2012

          The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order at 8:30 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr on October 24, 2012 at the residence of Victoria Trinko, town clerk, 3717 County Highway A Bloomer, WI 54724.  Supervisors present were David Clements and John Sykora.  Other town official present was Victoria Trinko-clerk. 
          Darrel Fehr made a motion to schedule a special meeting of the electors on November 13, 2012 at 7:00 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall 15784 40th Street Bloomer, WI 54724.    John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0. 
          David Clements made a motion to approve the following agenda items for the special meeting of the electors:  Call to order, Approval of the Nov. 15, 2011 minutes, adoption of a town tax levy, approval of the 2013 highway expenditures, adjourn.  John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
John Sykora made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:26 am.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
