TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

October 19, 2009

          The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on October 19, 2009 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall located at 15751 40th Street at 7:28 pm by Chairman Ron Fanetti.  Supervisors present were David Clements and Gary Yakesh.  Other town official present was Victoria Trinko-clerk, Eunice Steinmetz-treasurer.  Others present:  Dave Jaenke and Bryon Rufledt.
          There was discussion of bids for pulverization, grading to a crown, and compaction of pulverized and existing base course of 60th Street.  There were 4 bids.

  David Clements made a motion to accept Chippewa County Highway Dept. bid of $12638.01 for reclaiming, grading, and roll/compacting of the North End 2.0 mi. of 60th Street.  Gary Yakesh seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.   
Gary Yakesh made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:04 pm.
David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
