TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
      Special Town Board Meeting
October 27, 2016

The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on October 27, 2016 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40th Street at 9:08 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr.  Supervisors present were David Clements and Matt Borofka.  Other town official present was Victoria Trinko-clerk. 
Development of 2017 budget: The board reviewed the budget from 2016 and calculated the budget figures for the year 2017.  The levy amount proposed for the 2017 budget is $148,114.74.
Adjourn:  David Clements made a motion to adjourn at 11:14 am.  Matt Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
