SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
NOVEMBER 20, 2019

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:39 pm on November 20, 2019.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, and Vicki Freeberg.  Residents were Mary Jo Fehr and Rod Thorson.

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 13, 2018.  Rod Thorson seconded the motion.  The motion passed 5-0. 

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $152,552.00 to be paid in 2020 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of Wisconsin statutes. Rod Thorson seconded the motion.  The motion passed 5-0.

David Clements made a motion to adjourn at 7:41 p.m.  Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 5-0.
