SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
NOVEMBER 10, 2015

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:38 pm on November 10, 2015.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, Matthew Borofka, Judith Prince and Victoria Trinko.  Residents were Jim Lueck, Judy Lueck, Mary Jo Fehr, and Harry Prince.

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 11, 2014.  Judith Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 9-0. 

Matthew Borofka made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $147,195.00 to be paid in 2016 pursuant to Section 60.10 (2) (a) of Wisconsin statutes.  Jim Lueck seconded the motion.  The motion passed 9-0.

Jim Lueck made a motion to approve the 2016 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $300,000.00.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 9-0.

Judy Lueck made a motion to raise the 2015 highway expenditures pursuant of Section 82.03 [2] of Wisconsin Statutes to $300,000.00.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion carried 9-0.

Jim Lueck made a motion to raise the salary of the office of the treasurer pursuant to Section 62.32 [2] of Wisconsin Statutes to $4000.00 to take effect in 2017.  Judy Lueck seconded the motion.  The motion carried 9-0.

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to adjourn at 7:47 p.m.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 9-0.
