SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
NOVEMBER 11, 2014

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:40 pm on November 11, 2014.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, John Sykora, Judith Prince and Victoria Trinko.  Residents were Jim Lueck, Judy Lueck, and Harry Prince.

John Sykora made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 19, 2013.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0. 

Jim Lueck made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $147,195.00 to be paid in 2015 pursuant to Section 60.10 (2) (a) of Wisconsin statutes.  Judy Lueck seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.

Jim Lueck made a motion to approve the 2015 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $250,000.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.

Jim Lueck made a motion to adjourn at 7:43 p.m.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.
