SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
NOVEMBER 13, 2012

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:17 pm on November 13, 2012.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, John Sykora, Victoria Trinko, and Judith Prince.  See attached list for names and the number of constituents present.

Chairman Darrel Fehr read the minutes of the November 15, 2011 special meeting of the Electors.  John Sykora made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 15, 2011.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 9-0. 

Judy Lueck made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $145,730.00 to be paid in 2013 pursuant to Section 60.10 (2) (a) of Wisconsin statutes with a mill rate of .0030385.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 9-0.

Jim Lueck made a motion to approve the 2013 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $250,000.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-1.

David Clements made a motion to adjourn at 7:26 p.m.  Jim Lueck seconded the motion.  The motion passed 9-0.
