SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
NOVEMBER 15, 2011

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 8:07 pm on November 15, 2011.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, John Sykora, Victoria Trinko, and Judith Prince.  See attached list for names and the number of constituents present.

David Clements made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 9, 2010.  John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion passed 11-0. 

Harry Prince made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $144,404.03 to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Section 60.10 (2) (a) of Wisconsin statutes with a mill rate of .0030413. Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 11-0.

Earl Hassemer made a motion to approve the 2012 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2)  (a) of Wisconsin Statures not to exceed $201,000.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 11-0.

David Clements made a motion to adjourn at 8:14 p.m.  John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion passed 11-0.
