SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
NOVEMBER 15, 2016

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:39 pm on November 15, 2016.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, Matthew Borofka, Judith Prince and Victoria Trinko.  Residents were Mary Jo Fehr and Harry Prince.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 10, 2015.  Matthew Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0. 

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $148,114.74 to be paid in 2016 pursuant to Section 60.10 (2) (a) of Wisconsin statutes.  Harry Prince seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.

Harry Prince made a motion to adjourn at 7:47 p.m.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.
