SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
NOVEMBER 19, 2013

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:11 pm on November 19, 2013.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, and Victoria Trinko.  Residents were Jim Lueck, Judy Lueck, and Mary Jo Fehr.

Jim Lueck made a motion to approve the agenda of the special meeting of the electors.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion carried 6-0.

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 13, 2012.  Judy Lueck seconded the motion.  The motion passed 6-0. 

Judy Lueck made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $147,195.00 to be paid in 2014 pursuant to Section 60.10 (2) (a) of Wisconsin statutes.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 6-0.

Jim Lueck made a motion to approve the 2014 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 (2) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes not to exceed $250,000.  Judy Lueck seconded the motion.  The motion passed 6-0.

David Clement made a motion to increase the salary of the office of plan commission chairman to $50.00 per meeting commencing on the date of January 2014 contingent upon confirmation by WTA as to the beginning date of a salary increase for an office.   Jim Lueck seconded the motion.   The motion carried 6-0.
 
David Clements made a motion to adjourn at 7:34 p.m.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 6-0.
